Expert Analysis
Guilherme Torres | Prep Dig Scout
Rodgers started for the Brandeis team that got four wins and four losses in their participation in the tournament. Extremely confident and consistent, she was an improtant offensive weapon for the team, scoring at a good rate from both the right and the left. Rodgers got off the floor well, used her firepower very intelligently and displayed great variation in her swings. A very technical player, she was part of the team’s serve-receive system in most rotations and delivered well.

Allison is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but that is only because we have not released them yet. She plays volleyball at Brandeis High School and club for the South Texas Volleyball Academy program. Miss Rodgers has shown a lot of growth over the last year and we were very excited to have her in the showcase. Having played at the varsity level as a freshman this past season, we were eager to see if she could hang with the big girls and placed her on one of the older courts. Not only did she hang, but she prospered at the net. The length in her frame and willingness to battle at the net proved to be a vital asset to her team’s competitiveness. From what I see in her technique while attacking, I think she could be a prolific scorer on either pin. She has the ability to swing hard cross and turn on the ball to hit hard down the line. Her ceiling is very high so take note. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for this Expo.
