Langellier had an excellent freshman season with Dobie and looks ready to make the next step as a sophomore. A middle with excellent length and strong technical foundations, she was the team’s offensive focal point last year and will play the same role again this season. Langellier’s game is extremely well-developed as she can hit several different sets in the middle with tremendous efficiency, making things difficult for opposing blockers. She’s been hitting from the left and the right too to add another level to her offense. Because of her mobility and size, she’s also a very productive blocker.

Langellier was one of the standouts of our Freshman Showcase in Houston in the summer and she was in excellent form during her first high school season, leading Dobie in blocks and ranking second in kills. Her offensive game is extremely well-developed for a player of her age as she can hit several different sets and manages to find difficult angles in many of them. That paired with her impressive physical tools and great mobility on the court made of Langellier a very strong offensive player. She’ll be with HJV 15 Elite this weekend.

Langellier was one of the standouts in our group of middles and is one of the players who will be ready to contribute to their high school teams right when the season starts. Extremely physiscal, she was a force at the net in the match-like drills and also displayed really interesting skills in the hitting drills before that. She moves really smoothly on the court and has a very heavy right arm, which makes her very difficult to be stopped. Langellier is excellent at hitting the slide as she can hit it to a very sharp angle with great precision and power.
