Her speed also allows her to track down balls all over the court, keeping plays alive and giving her team scoring opportunities that they likely wouldn’t have had. Her approach centers on composure and trust, often resetting quickly after a mistake to keep her team locked in on the next point. Following a seven-month ACL recovery in 2023, Donnelly developed a deeper sense of discipline, mental toughness, and perspective that now anchors her leadership on the court.

She is seeking a program that prioritizes both athletic and academic growth while pushing her to new levels of excellence. “I want to be pushed and work harder than I ever have,” she says. Donnelly’s maturity and emotional steadiness make her the kind of setter who raises a program’s standard of communication and accountability. Her presence on the court was hard to miss. She plays with a positive mindset and makes it a priority to uplift her teammates through vocal support and encouragement. One of Angelia’s standout strengths is her coachability. She values feedback and applies corrections in real time, whether the advice comes from a coach or a teammate. Angelia wants college coaches to know that she is fully committed to growth. Her work ethic and determination are reflected in her comeback from an ACL tear in 2023. Through daily effort and focus, she returned to competition at Red Rock Rave just seven months after surgery.
