Audrey Hayden Audrey Hayden 5'8" | S/RS Roseau | 2029 State MN handled a lot as a freshman and looked comfortable doing it. She could chase a pass well off the net, get herself underneath it and still give her hitter a ball to attack. Hayden wasn’t afraid to move the offense around either, and as the season went on, you could see her trusting what she was seeing and making quicker choices with the ball. Add in her ability to attack from the right side, and there was already quite a bit to her game last fall. Audrey isn’t just productive—she’s impactful. Leading all freshmen in assists, she already runs an offense with the precision and command of an upperclassman. Her ball control is elite for her age: consistent tempo, clean location, and the ability to create hittable balls from poor passes. Audrey freezes middles with her eyes, disguises her intent until the last possible moment, and shows a developing ability to shape the block.

She’s also one of the few freshmen who truly manages the game. Not just setting balls—managing momentum, matchups, and rhythm. With her poise and processing speed, she projects as a setter who will eventually run a collegiate tempo offense. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

Roseau freshman setter, Hayden has taken command on the court and done a solid job running the offense at such a young age. She has really excelled at finding connections with her hitters and finding them when off the net. She especially does a good job finding and feeding her middles. Hayden has 349 assists on the year so far, averaging 7.0 assists/set. She has also racked up 17 kills, 97 digs, and 1.9 digs/set.
