Audrey Simon is building her game around reliability. She believes teammates should never have to wonder what they’re going to get from her when pressure increases. Whether she’s attacking, passing, or defending, her goal is to bring the same level of focus, energy, and competitiveness from the first point of the match to the last.

She’s also intentional about the way she responds to coaching and adversity. Every adjustment becomes another opportunity to improve, and every challenging moment becomes a chance to reinforce her confidence instead of losing it. Simon hopes college coaches leave remembering an athlete who competes with consistency, communicates with purpose, and values doing the little things that help teams win. Those habits continue laying the foundation for a player coaches can trust in every phase of the game.
