Bella is a versatile outside who brought a fast arm swing to the hitting lines and a determination to dig on defense. She is focused on mastering the split step to improve her efficiency in serve receive, taking more seam and more court with confidence.

Bella wants coaches to notice the range in her attack. She can swing with pace or choose smart shots to score. Her passing platform is calm and consistent, and she has put in meaningful work on her blocking which she expects will become a real strength this season.

Bella plays with joy and competitiveness that lifts everyone around her. Her game continues to rise and each time I watch her compete I see more strength, more confidence, and more presence on the court.

Bella Kompaniez Bella Kompaniez 5'11" | OH Edison | 2027 CA , a 2027 outside hitter from Edison High School and United Volleyball Club , described her invitation to the Championship Performance Advantage All Star Event as a unique and meaningful experience. Knowing that Coach Chris Austin hand-picks each athlete made it feel truly special. While she initially felt nervous competing alongside such talented players, Bella quickly settled in, found her rhythm, and enjoyed the opportunity to play with new teammates and reconnect with old friends. Through her training with Chris, she has sharpened her blocking skills and improved her ability to read the game, while also gaining confidence in herself as a player.

Bella hopes college coaches notice the positive energy she brings to the court. She encourages her teammates, stays focused, and plays with intensity. She takes pride in being coachable and always seeks feedback to grow her game. Off the court, Bella lives an active and well-rounded life, she water skis, snow skis, and enjoys electric skateboarding. Bella’s versatility as a pin hitter gives her the ability to contribute from both the right and left sides of the court. At 5’11”, she brings a strong physical presence to the net, and her athletic build allows her to make fast, explosive moves in the air. Her dynamic swings are one of her main strengths, and she consistently delivers the ball to the right spots on the court, making her a consistent threat to opposing defenses.
