Why do you want to play college volleyball?

~I want to play college volleyball because I have so much love for the sport, and I couldn’t imagine ending my journey after high school.

What does your training schedule look like in-season and off-season?

~My training in-season comes through many workouts weekly through our strength and conditioning program at Kairos, following workouts and agility training in my other sports, basketball and track. My off-season workouts are also mostly through Kairos and roughly twice a week through a different strength and conditioning program. Followed with summer training/open gyms for not only volleyball, but basketball and track.

How do you balance school, sports, and your personal life?

~I balance all of these activities by staying organized, planning out my weeks, and staying consistent with my schedule.

What are your strengths and weaknesses as a player?

~My strengths as a player are the energy and leadership I bring on the court, followed by a heavy arm and a big block. My area of improvement as a player is reading the ball on defense more efficiently and adding in more shots.

What are your academic interests or intended major?

~My academic interests are in the medical field, and I plan to follow a pre-med track because I’m passionate about science and helping others.
