About Bianca

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have a very analytical and tactical style of play. As a setter this allows me to exploit weaknesses in real time.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have an intense but free spirited personality. I love to have fun while at the same time competing at the highest level.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved with August Heart here in San Antonio.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Since 2021 I have volunteered with the August Heart organization here in San Antonio. They provide free heart screenings to teens and I have volunteered with them at screening events as well as fundraising events.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

When I was 11 my older brother passed away from sudden cardiac arrest in his sleep. Through this experience I have learned valuable lessons in resilience and determination, and that blood is not your only family.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college where I will gain another family!

Her hustle is constant—she tracks down every ball and works tirelessly to put herself in position—while her ability to consistently get clean two hands on the ball ensures controlled, accurate distribution. Her leadership and consistency make her a key piece of her team’s success.
