Brenna played for Nectr 16u, the winners of the 16’s division.

For Brenna, the inaugural Vegas For Athletes Summer Games was about much more than volleyball. The week was filled with new friendships, unforgettable moments, and a team bond that made the experience one to remember.

What was your favorite part of being part of the inaugural Vegas For Athletes Summer Games, and why?

“My favorite part was seeing everyone connect with one another and come together. I made a lot of memories, met new people, and really enjoyed everything the event had to offer. It was also great being able to laugh with my coaches and teammates while talking about what was ahead for the rest of the summer.”

Is there a match or moment you’ll remember for a long time?

“Our very last match is something I’ll never forget. Everyone on our team brought incredible energy and a drive to win. It was a close match, but we persevered. When we scored the final point, everyone erupted in celebration. The atmosphere and excitement from that match made it unforgettable.”

Would you participate again next season?

“Absolutely. In just one week, I created so many unforgettable memories and reached new achievements. I’d love the opportunity to come back, set new goals, continue learning, and make even more memories.”

What song best represents your team’s weekend?

“We Are the Champions.”
