Stoff is so effective she draws double blocks to open things up for teammates. Stoff makes a lot of things happen on go routes. She sets up far away from the net so as to not commit net errors and more effectively hit over and around blocks. She is trying to turn into a sound all-around player. Stoff makes sound passes then gets into her offensive stance quickly. Stoff does a good job keeping teams out of rhythm with her serving and uses her quick hands to effectively block balls. Stoff had 472 kills, 49 assisted blocks, 42 solo blocks, 141 digs and 51 aces to help Holy Cross go 27-11, finish All “A” State runner-up and 6th Region runner-up.

Brianne delivered a powerhouse performance in a five-set thriller against a dominant Indiana squad, Our Lady of Providence. She racked up an incredible 30 kills, relentlessly attacking at the net and proving to be unstoppable throughout the match. Her intensity and consistency were key in pushing her team through one of their first battles of the season.

Similar to her twin sister, Stoff is new to this list during a solid club season for the UA 16 Black team. She’s been focusing on her passing and getting more hands on balls on blocks to help out defenders and that work is showing during club season. She is a force on the outside. Stoff does a great job keeping plays alive after she’s blocked with her quick reactions. Stoff could have an outstanding year at Holy Cross this fall with her work ethic.

Stoff is an outstanding teammate on and off the court, constantly cheering on her teammates. She recovers quickly on blocked shots to keep plays alive, not afraid to push balls to different parts of the court to put them down. Stoff said she’s been working on getting better balls up on defense and getting more touches on her blocks to help out the defense. Stoff added she wants to send balls to more zones on the court to give defenses extra things to consider.
