This year’s club season gave us a full glimpse of Carmichael’s imposing physicality on the pin, and she’s paying that off with a block per set on the outside. The Norfolk sophomore boasts tremendous length and pairs it with exceptional athleticism on the left side. Carmichael has stepped up during some of 16 Apex’s biggest qualifier trips, including NLQ and Show Me. Her prep impact this fall will be massive.
