About Brooke

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My goal is to outwork/out-hustle every player on the court, while simultaneously bringing energy and encouragement to every one of my teammates.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love being social and being around my friends. My friends and I love listening to music, singing terribly together, and going on other fun adventures.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I plan to do National Honors Society once I’m old enough. I have created and done fundraisers for multiple non-profits raising thousands of dollars for causes including childhood diabetes, and supporting Veterans. I plan to continue my volunteer work.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

One of the best parts of playing a team sport is the comrade and teamwork. I like getting to know my teammates and working with them and trying to lead by example. I have also learned how to deal with people I don’t get along with in a positive way.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The biggest sports challenge I have had so far, was an ankle injury that landed me a boot for most of the summer before my freshmen year on varsity.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college where I can further my education and hopefully contribute to a great volleyball program.

She recorded 288 kills in 80 sets played for the Trojans. She has an awesome combination of size and quickness, and is worth the price of admission to see her play during an HOA event.
