Caroline Hayes is the top libero in the Class of 2028 from Florida where she gets things started for this powerful offense from OTVA.  When I saw her live at the Windy City Qualifier, I was impressed with how composed she was out of left back. She has a cool and calm demeanor where she can make a lot of difficult plays look routine.  She takes pace off hard swings in order for her team to stay in system.  This will be an exciting team to bring to the Midwest.  The 15s division will have six teams that have qualified for the 15 USAV Open Division.
