About Caroline

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Fast, gritty and energetic. Loves to get after it and the faster the play the better!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Fun and energetic on and off the court. Love competition and live for playing on Sunday afternoons around 1:00 - 2:00 pm as that is normally when semifinals or finals are played in club volleyball.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Travling to play club volleyball out of my home town has created an ability to connect with others quickly, be uncomfortable and learn how to work with different coaches. Coming from a coaches house, I am always the first in and last out of the gym and know what work looks like.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Moving to Florida away from family and friends to play at IMG Academy. Playing up at OPEN level of play and fighting my way onto rotations and playing time.

What type of college are you looking for?

The right opportunity for development and to compete daily in practice!

Caroline has got lots of game and brings it every set! We loved Carolines tenacity on the court. She is a sharp player that instinctively feels the upcoming play and puts herself in defense mode and reacts quickly! She has an excellent platform and can dig to get those balls up first or second contact with speed and agility to keep the play in sequence! She moves across the court and will lay herself out to keep the ball in play and does it determination and successfully! Caroline covers the front line extremely well with excellent body posture and readiness! She easily absorbs those hard hits and passes up to the setter with accuracy. She has a great serve and is trusted by her teammates to cover the back row! She is an all-in player and brings her game, an exciting prospect that would be a valuable asset to any team! Love her game!
