About Casey
What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?
My biggest strength is being a team-first player. I always try to support my teammates, communicate on the court, and do whatever I can to help the team succeed. During games, I bring a positive attitude, work hard every play, and am willing to step into any role my team needs. I enjoy helping my teammates be successful and contributing in any way I can.
What are you working to improve right now?
Right now, I’m working on becoming a more consistent player in every part of my game. I want to improve my defense, serve receive, and setting so I can help my team in any situation. I’m focused on getting better every day and learning from my coaches and teammates.
What are you looking for in a college program?
I’m looking for a college program where I can grow both as a player and a person. I want to be part of a team that values hard work, strong relationships, and a positive culture. Finding coaches who will help me develop my skills while supporting me academically is really important to me.
Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?
Outside of volleyball, I'm someone who values family, friendships, and working hard in school. I try to stay positive, be a good teammate, and treat people with respect. I enjoy spending time with the people who are important to me, and I always look for ways to learn and grow as a person.
What do you want to study, and what career interests you?
I’m interested in cosmetology and hope to begin studying it during high school. In college, I would like to earn a business degree because my dream is to own my own salon or beauty business one day. I enjoy being creative, working with people, and learning how businesses operate, so I think this path would be a great fit for me.
