is one of those players who can do a little bit of everything, which makes her so valuable. . Last season she put down 302 kills while hitting .225 and also handed out 162 assists. If she improves on that, look for the Wolverines to have big year!
Claire has a strong arm but she hits with skill too. She can vary shots up to keep defenders on their toes. Called a “freak” by head coach Britney Davis, do to the fact that she has play anywhere on the court.
The 6A-West is a powerhouse of a conference. Coach Davis feels she has the team to compete and win. They are young with a lot of talented sophomores playing key roles, but they will look to Schofields experience to calm everyone down when things get crazy!

Schofield’s versatility separates her from many players at the position. She is a reliable attacker while also showing the court awareness and ball-handling skills to contribute as a secondary setter. That combination gives Bentonville flexibility without sacrificing offensive production. The talented RS/S will be heading to Missouri Southern State next fall, but she has unfinished business in the 6A West to handle first.

has a smoothness to her game that immediately catches your attention. She makes difficult plays look routine and never seems rushed, regardless of the match’s pace. Throughout the week, she was productive in the front row, but what impressed me just as much was how complete her game was in the back row. She read hitters well, anticipated tendencies, and consistently put herself in good defensive position before attacks even happened. At the net, she stayed active with her feet, constantly tracking the ball and making smart decisions whether she was closing a block or helping seal seams as an off blocker. She also remained aggressive from the service line and applied pressure throughout rotations. More than anything, Schofield plays like she’s genuinely enjoying every point, and that confidence shows in every part of her game.
