About Danielle

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style as a libero is very reactive and focused on winning every point. I stay alert on defense and read the hitters well so I can move quickly to the ball. I work hard to keep plays alive with consistent passing and strong digs. I’m also a good communicator on the court, helping organize the defense and supporting my teammates.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is very competitive and focused on improving. I stay locked in during games and always look for ways to help my team win. I try to stay positive and composed, even during tough moments, and I don’t give up on plays.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in Red Cross club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Throughout my years in highschool, I have accomplished and learned to treat everybody with kindness and respect.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Some challenges I have faced was being in a very competitive high school team, where I had to work hard every practice and every game.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a strong nursing program where I can get a good education and prepare for a career in healthcare. I also want a school where I can continue playing volleyball, so I can keep competing and growing as an athlete while focusing on my academics.
