Demi Farrior Demi Farrior 5'6" | MB/RS Harvard-Westlake | 2032 CA finds her passion the moment she gets a hand on a block. She is currently sharpening her blocking technique and her transition off the net, the two pieces that turn a good middle into a complete one. She describes herself as energetic and sometimes silly, someone whose passion shows up loudest right after a big play. She has already pushed her vertical to touch 9 feet and is chasing 10, a concrete goal that reflects how seriously she is training for the next level.

Demi Farrior Demi Farrior 5'6" | MB/RS Harvard-Westlake | 2032 CA needed only one line to explain why she is returning to the UpNext Showcase: “It was amazing to play with so many talented players.” Demi is a middle blocker/opposite, and last year’s talent level itself was the draw, not intimidating, but energizing. I can’t wait to see how she responds to being surrounded by good competition again.

Demi Farrior Demi Farrior 5'6" | MB/RS Harvard-Westlake | 2032 CA , a middle blocker and opposite from UCLA Lab, has been putting in the work to sharpen her blocking from pin to pin and stay disciplined in her transitions on every possession. At the SoCal UpNext Showcase, she was eager to step on the court with players she normally competes against, saying she was most excited about “playing alongside athletes that I see in competition during the club season.” Her goal this year is to grow her serving and push her vertical even higher, while showing coaches the kind of teammate she is and how coachable she can be. Off the court, Demi is a track and field All-American and shares her love of volleyball with her twin sister, Marli, who also competes at a high level. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247
