How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’d describe my gameplay style as fast, scrappy, and always focused. As a libero, I’m all about reading the hitter, being loud on the court, and making sure the ball doesn’t hit the floor. I love diving for tough balls and keeping the energy up for my team

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m super competitive and always want to get better. I’m really coachable and take feedback seriously because I want to grow. I try to stay positive, work hard, and be the kind of teammate that lifts everyone up, no matter what’s happening in the game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes! I’ve been on the A Honor Roll since elementary school, received the MVP Player for our 7th grade class, received the Excellence in Volleyball Award for 7th grade, and I’m a member of the National Junior Honor Society. I also try to volunteer whenever I can, like helping at school events or in the community. I really try to stay on top of my schoolwork and give back when I have the chance.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Playing volleyball has really helped me become a better leader and teammate. I’ve learned how important communication is, especially as a libero. I try to always stay positive and keep my team fired up. Volunteering has also taught me how to be patient and help others, which I think carries over to how I support my teammates too.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I faced was learning how to balance school, volleyball, and other activities. There were times I felt overwhelmed, but I’ve gotten a lot better at managing my time and staying focused. It’s taught me how to stay organized and not give up when things get tough.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that feels like a family, where I can grow as a player and a person. I want a strong volleyball program, good academics, and coaches who really care about their players on and off the court. Somewhere I can work hard, have fun, and be part of something special.
