The college camp challenged athletes to move quickly from one rep to the next, and Esther found success when she focused on delivering hittable balls while refusing to let mistakes linger.

That ability to reset is an important skill for setters.

Every point presents a new decision.

Every rally requires a new solution.

One of her favorite moments came during setter butterfly drills, where passing and setting accuracy were tested simultaneously. The drill reinforced her desire to continue improving her consistency, especially when working farther off the net.

As she continues developing, Esther’s goals are clear: become more reliable, expand her defensive range, and continue pursuing every ball she can reach.
