About Niki

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

One of my biggest strengths as a player is my determination and competitiveness. I always give 100% effort, stay focused, and do whatever my team needs from me. I work hard to stay positive, communicate with my teammates, and bring energy to the court. I also try to learn from every point and stay mentally strong, even when things don't go as planned.

What are you working to improve right now?

I am always looking to improve every part of my game. Right now, I am focused on becoming more consistent, improving my overall volleyball IQ, and making smarter decisions under pressure. I want to continue developing my skills while becoming a stronger, more confident and well-rounded player.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I am looking for a college program with a competitive and supportive environment where I can continue growing both as a player and as a person. I want to be part of a team with strong chemistry, hardworking teammates, and coaches who push their players to reach their full potential. Academically, I am also looking for a school that offers opportunities to explore different interests

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

Outside of volleyball, I am a hardworking, dedicated, and positive person. I value my education, enjoy spending time with family and friends, and like challenging myself to try new things. I am someone who is willing to learn, takes responsibility, and puts effort into everything I do. I also value being a good teammate and bringing a positive attitude wherever I go.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I am still exploring what I would like to study and what career I want to pursue. I am interested in keeping my options open and taking advantage of college as an opportunity to discover new subjects and areas that I am passionate about. I look forward to exploring different fields, challenging myself academically, and finding a career that fits my interests and strengths
