Blanke soared onto our radar late in the 2026 club season as she put up a wall at the net for her Nebraska Elite crew. She has enjoyed similar returns with Omaha Westview. This sophomore leads the Wolverines in blocks by a wide margin, anchoring the team’s pin-to-pin defense. We expected this year’s Westview squad to be anchored by 2029s, but Blanke’s growth has added to the narrative even more.

Omaha Westview is about to get plenty of help from the Class of 2029. Blanke joins a long list of high-impact sophomores ready to take the Wolverines to the next level in the metro area. Our most recent look at Blanke came as she patrolled the net for Nebraska Elite 15 Echo. Her physicality, effort, and unwavering pursuit lifted 15 Echo to a top-five finish at NLQ, among many other tournament triumphs. Blanke has an incredible knack for putting herself in good spots to generate positive block touches. She can also put a lid on opposing attackers for straight-down stuffs, too. Brucke’s progression as a go-to attacker will make her the ultimate catalyst for Omaha Westview’s continued growth.
