About Gabie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I adjust well to fast-tempo games or slow, high tempo balls. I think quick, and I have played every position raising my knowledge for the game. I am primarily a pin hitter, but I am a 6 rotation pin with experience everywhere.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very competitive player, always looking for a win, but I’m also up-beat and optimistic.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently 14th in my class and have received the A-Honor Roll all years of school. During middle school, I was the vice president for NJHS for 2 years. I’m also a part of the Riley Dance Marathon organization. A few times, I received student of the month by various teachers.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed all three skills listed in multiple situations. For leadership, as I mentioned, I was the vice president for NJHS and did lots of community service, helped the organization work together, and multiple times had to lead the club.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced some mental challenges, such as anxiety, but over this past year I have become a confident player, person, and student.

What type of college are you looking for?

The type of college I would like to attend is a small-college with diverse student activities and I would like to play at a division 3 school or NAIA.
