Miss Coan might be the most dangerous server among the junior setters in Texas. She leads her team with 70 aces this fall and had five of them in a sweep of Cleveland. That serve is only part of her game. The junior stud has 954 assists at 8.8 per set in her second season as a varsity starter. She has a knack for making her hitters better and her best performances have come with the team needing her most. In a five set win over Willis she put up 39 assists and nine digs. She posted another 39 assists with 11 digs and three aces in a sweep of Conroe. When she does attack she makes it count and she was hitting better than .480 earlier this season. Her combination of distribution and serving makes her one of the most valuable setters in the Houston area. Please help us congratulate her on earning this well deserved recognition.
