About Grace
Expert Analysis
Austin Kingsley | Prep Dig Scout
Lawrence Free State has been racking up the underclassman mentions lately. Toner belongs in that discussion with her tireless work at the Firebirds’ middle blocker position. This MAVS KC standout springs off the floor quickly and is especially comfortable working in the gap. Lawrence Free State’s youthful lineup has opened up tremendous opportunities for Toner, who has logged the team’s second-best hitting percentage. A 22-6 record is further evidence of Free State’s bright future, even after a few high-profile seniors depart.
