About Haley

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength as a player is my consistency under pressure. In games, this shows up as steady passing, controlled digs, and quick resets after mistakes, which helps to keep my team in system.

What are you working to improve right now?

I’m working on improving my hitter reads and becoming even more consistent in serve receive by staying patient, forward and simple.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a program with strong academics, a competitive volleyball culture, and a supportive team environment. I want a place where I can grow as a libero while preparing for pre-med and a future career in neonatology.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I want to study pre-med and eventually become a neonatologist working in the NICU. I’m really interested in caring for premature and medically fragile newborns, and I’m motivated by the idea of helping families during some of their hardest moments.
