About Hazel

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a 5'10" lefty Setter/Opposite who loves running down anything playable. I also love playing on high energy and gritty teams, and am hoping to continue doing so in college.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I've been playing club volleyball since 12U and currently play for Iowa Rockets. I ran a 5-1 offense as the starting varsity setter in my freshman season for the Iowa City High Little Hawks, racking up 572 Assists, 60 Kills, 29 Blocks, 157 Digs, and 27 Aces.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I was named 2025 Mississippi Valley Honorable Mention All-Conference and 2025 Your Prep Sports Freshman of the Year after my freshman season at Iowa City High.
