A multi sport stud at Crown Point, Ivy’s size and sheer dominance at the net will be much needed against the big and physical attackers that Westfield will bring in the second semifinal. Her length is her strength, and often times has a hand (literally) in point-scoring opportunities in every point she plays. I’m more interested in her offensive output and if it can keep up with the Rocks, and Miss Henderson has more than established herself as a defensive must-have for the Bulldogs.

It is REALLY difficult to be considered “under the radar” when you’re 6’4”. However, with the two D1 studs already on the roster, it’s easy to forget how important Ivy’s size and strength are in this stage of the state tournament. In this authors’ estimation, she’ll be much needed to slow down any of the big-time attackers she’ll see if Crown Point wants to get to Gainbridge.
