Novotny already made her case to join the watch list after racking up starting experience with last fall’s Diller-Odell squad. She perpetuated this momentum by providing some of 16 Lime’s most physical blocks at the net. Even when she wasn’t stuffing the ball straight down, Novotny generated the touches needed to give her backcourt an assist. The Griffins will likely lean on that veteran presence for another year.
