Turvey (*pictured) continues to develop into a high value arm for her Elevation team. This early part of the club season has seen her expand her range with more confidence and effectiveness as she can run a full range of offense around her setter as a primary middle. The quality of her arm has also improved as she responds well to what she sees to be able to make the right move in the air to find space and swing with good range. It has been fun to see her assertiveness and swag grow with the increased quality of her offense.

A 6’0 middle, Turvey (*pictured) has big tools and good competitive experience that she brings to the court this club season given what she has previously accomplished individually and as part of successful teams. A 1st team all-league selection in the MVC , she was top 15 offensively at two kills per set while finishing just shy of the top spot defensively as she paired with her teammate to form the best blocking duo in the league. She is a skilled offensive threat with good range of offense in front and overhead of her setter. Expect her to see good action when they can create in system chances.

Turvey played a big role in helping 16-Goller to the title game. Turvey recorded a number of big kills throughout the day. She said she does her best to get touches on balls knowing each one can make a difference in the game.
