Headed to the Ivy League, Jewell (*pictured) has committed to Dartmouth University. The DS/L led Summit Country Day with 371 total digs, good for second overall in the MVC stat rankings. Her production helped the Silver Knights advance to the Division V state semifinal round. For her effort, Jewell was recognized as a 1st team all-conference selection in the MVC scarlet division. Summit Country Day finished the season 23-4 overall. Jewell will play for Elevation this club season.

At 5’8, Jewell fills a big role for her NKYVC team, one of the best 16U teams in the Pioneer Region that features some Ohio talent. She makes an impact through her time on the floor with her serve receive and ability to read action well to position her defense to make routine plays accurately with her angle control. Her balance and patience also contribute to a good first-step reaction to increase her range. She and her team have previously earned a big to the GJNC in the National division.
