The senior right side was very efficient offensively, getting a solid rate with her swings. Sims was set in key moments of sets and responded well, finding ways to score and firing her teammates up. She was particularly efficient hitting a shortened set on the right, where she would make a nice move and hit the ball with power and precision at the line. Sims was also very good with her blocking, getting stops and pushing Tompkins’ pin hitters to make mistakes as they tried to avoid her at the net.
