Julia is another player who appears to have the versatility to play both the setting position as well as libero. Give her a chance and she might be able to hit the pins as well. At the showcase she powered a very impressive right side kill, an eye opener considering her 5’5″ length.

Julia will attend Madison this coming season. They consistently appear in the state playoffs, losing in the semi-finals in 2025 and 2023. They return Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year Laila Chadwick Laila Chadwick 5'8" | DS/L/OH James Madison | 2027 State #46 Nation VA . While Laila plays libero for Metro she hits outside for Madison. Their stating setter Briana Vo has graduated but they return Bella Pham Bella Pham 5'4" | S/DS/L Madison | 2028 State VA . Their starting libero Jenna Swale has also graduated.

Unless they have someone coming up from the junior varsity it would not surprise me to see a 6/2 with Julia and Bella. Alysa Smith Alysa Smith 5'7" | S James Madison | 2027 VA is another player to keep an eye on for the setting position.
