In her first year on varsity, Halvorsen made an immediate impact, racking up 855 assists (2nd in Nevada) while helping lead Coronado to a regional championship and a trip to the state finals. She ran an efficient offense that put her hitters in position to succeed, finishing with 8.3 assists per set.
