Tosa East definitely made a statement in 2025 going 22-13 where they have a rugged schedule.  A rising sophomore who will be key for their success is Juliet Otto Juliet Otto 5'11" | S/RS Wauwatosa East | 2029 WI .  She does a little bit of everything where she is a setter/attacker combo player for the Raiders.  She was a setter for Milwaukee Sting 15 Gold who made it to the crossover rounds at nationals where they were among the top 24 teams in the country.  As a freshman she had 438 assists, 231 digs, and over 150 kills.  This should be a fun team to track in 2026. 

Juliet is a versatile athlete who can play nearly any position. She excels on the court and in the sand, so she has great court awareness and a high volleyball IQ. Juliet primarily sets and plays on the pin, and she executes near flawlessly. Her grit and resilience on the court are prominent in her play.

Freshman setter and right side, Otto, has claimed 328 assists so far this season, averaging 5.5 assists/set. She is also a solid right side attacker with102 kills, averaging 1.7 kills/set and boasting a hitting percentage of .264. Otto is also deadly from the service line having racked up 32 aces on the season. Otto is one of those well rounded players that makes minimal errors and positions herself properly to make the play.  Even when caught out of position on an attack, she has excellent control and a solid volleyball IQ to make a smart play instead of a costly error. Otto is one of those players that we are going to be hearing about for a long time.
