George had one heck of a year. Between school and club season, she seemed to get better every single time she stepped onto the court. She is a fierce competitor with an exceptionally high volleyball IQ, and her ability to process the game in real time makes her incredibly difficult to defend.

She is especially impressive when the offense is out of system. Whether she is attacking a high ball, cleaning up a broken play, or finding a way to terminate an awkward “junk” ball, she never seems afraid to take a swing. She sees the court extremely well and understands when to attack the line, work cross-court, or find an open seam based on how the defense is positioned. Her fearlessness, vision, and ability to create offense from almost any situation made her a must-have for my roster.

As June 15th approaches, Kallie has emerged as one of the most complete prospects in her class and is expected to draw major attention from Division I programs.

Throughout the club season, she consistently proved herself as a true six-rotation player capable of impacting matches in every phase of the game. Her ability to score offensively while also handling serve receive and defensive responsibilities at a high level has made her a priority recruit for many college coaches. The full 6 rotational outside who can do everything at a high level are tough to come by, but Kallie can do all of that and then some!

What makes her recruitment so exciting is the combination of current production and future upside. She already impacts matches like an upperclass player, but her physical development and overall game are still trending upward. As June 15th arrives, expect multiple Division I programs to prioritize contact with an outside hitter who has all the tools to become a high-level college player in the future.

Kallie is a great pin hitter to watch because she can do a lot in terms of her offense, defense, and serve/serve receive. However, if you ask a passer by what stands out the most it is her offensive game and man… did she ever put some balls down today. She is someone who plays way bigger then her frame, and jumps out of the gym to not only go over some blocks but gets high enough to create angles to hit around them as well. She is someone who can score a ton of point with her offense but also provides that calming presence with her defense and serve receive that helps her teammates even more. If you have time for sure swing by her court and you will see a 6 rotational pin who can do a lot in terms of high level volleyball.

Despite her youth, she competes with the poise and confidence of an athlete who’s been doing this a long time, leading by example through her relentless work ethic, focus, and energy every time she steps on the court.

Kallie’s numbers back up her impact. She currently ranks #1 among sophomores in Arizona for total kills and #10 overall in the state, with an impressive 381 kills to date and a strong .239 hitting percentage. Her presence isn’t limited to the front row, either — she’s just as effective defensively, recording 291 digs this season. Her ability to contribute on both sides of the ball makes her a true six-rotation threat and a cornerstone of Ironwood Ridge’s success.

As playoffs approach, George will no doubt continue to be a driving force for the #2-ranked team in 4A. With her leadership, intensity, and all-around skill set, she’s a player built for big moments — and it’s exciting to imagine just how far she’ll go as her game continues to evolve.
