Fischer’s stamina is outstanding as she runs a 5-1 rotation as a setter without showing any signs of fatigue. Throughout the match, her sets continue to be strategically placed for each hitter to help them be successful. In the back row, she never shies away from playing defense and has great control on the ball allowing for an aggressive out of system play to be made. Her hustle allows her to get to the net, square her hips, and perfectly set the ball off of her forehead while staying off the net. As a jump setter, Fischer sets the ball quickly allowing her offense to outplay the opponents.

Fischer is one of those players that you want involved in every play as she can do so many things. She took to the court this weekend and showcased not only her setting skills, but also her attacking, defense, and serving. Due to her versatility, she has both good court and game awareness. While setting, she pushed the ball to the pin and didn’t let it die inside giving her hitters optimal balls to terminate, and then while on the hitting side, she showcased an array of shots to generate her own points.
