Explosive and terminal, Karis is a “young” sophomore (Junior-to-be) that has taken over matches regularly this season for Boilers’ 15-1 squad. Constantly and consistently active with her feet, her approach vector is mature, moreso than a lot of outsides in her class. Athletically, she goes from passing to attacking quickly, and can get up at a moment’s notice. I like her compact and athletic stature, and she fits right in with what the Boiler Juniors’ ideal outside hitter looks like.
