Weber is a middle who has found success on both the high school and club courts. She has good length, a strong reach, and has really evolved in the position. She moves well from side to side, transitions quickly, and does a good job staying out of the setter’s way. One thing that stands out is how well she covers her pin hitters. She provides solid coverage and does a great job recycling balls that come back off the block to give her team second chances. Defensively, she is a presence at the net and consistently puts up a strong block. Her understanding of the position and willingness to do the little things make her valuable any time she is on the court.
