Haynes (pictured) is having an outstanding club season for Bluegrass Reign. She hopes to carry over that solid play into the high school season for the Blue Devils. Haynes has a quick arm swing and good control to send balls to all six zones on the court. Haynes also does a great job mixing in tips to throw off defenders. She could get a lot of one-on-one opportunities with the emergence of other Henry Clay teammates during club season.

Haynes’ dedication is showing on the court. Haynes has a quick arm swing sending balls to different zones on the court. Haynes is not afraid to tip balls to the middle. Haynes said she’ll be doing private lessons in the summer and outside of practice, she puts a lot of time into developing her skills.

Haynes knows how to rip balls into seams away from blockers. She uses angles well. Haynes will pound balls to the back row on one play then to the sides on another. Haynes also mixes in softer shots to throw off defenders. Haynes had 146 kills in the fall, helping Henry Clay go 24-12 on the season.
