The freshman defensive specialist made a huge impact in the back row, digging some of the toughest hits in the gym and keeping rallies alive. Her poise under pressure and consistency from the service line added value beyond her years. Medina’s effort and court awareness stood out as she contributed in key moments throughout the match.

“Winning this game meant everything, not just for me, but for the whole team. It was a pleasure being a part of this big win, especially as one of two freshmen. I’d like coaches to know that I’m always ready to make an impact on the court and contribute in any way I can.”

State Run:
KC will continue her postseason journey on Tuesday, November 11, when Santa Margarita hosts San Marcos in the opening round of the 2025 CIF State Girls Volleyball Championships (Division I). The match will take place at Santa Margarita Catholic High School with first serve scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
