Bondar is an athletic middle who can develop good speed with her arm when on time and with good space around her setter. Her offense should be more of a factor this coming fall season for Avon Lake with the graduation of some other pieces. However, it was her defense that was key for the Shoremen in 2024 as she led her team at the net at 2.3 blocks per match.

The 5’11 Bondar can develop good arm speed as a middle. With good length and reach, when combined through the right spacing, she can terminate with good pace. For her Avon Lake team, she earned points in front of her setter as well as off one foot overhead for a complete range of offensive tools. Avon Lake finished 17-7 overall as Bondar was among team leaders with 2.3 b/m, indicating her ability to be effective on the defensive side.
