Newton will be in action with TAV Houston 15 Adidas in the 15 Bid division. A technical and intelligent setter, she makes of their offense a very strong one with her ability to remain accurate and her smart distribution. One thing that stands out in Newton’s game is her determination and hard work to get her hitters in the best possible spots to score – she’ll at times slide for the ball and still be able to get it into a great location and will push the ball to her middles from a few feet off the net with impressive precision. When in system, Newton is very creative and smooth, adding a nice level of unpredictability to her playmaking. The setter also serves well and plays solid defense at the right back position.
