About Kendyl

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a versatile and competitive player who brings positive energy to the court. I primarily play middle blocker and I have played outside hitter in the past. Recently with my club team I have been playing a lot of right side hitter. I focus on strong blocking, communication, and consistent effort every play.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am hardworking, coachable, and determined to improve. I stay positive, support my teammates, and take challenges seriously. I always give my best effort in practice and games.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in several school activities, including Letters of Love, Student Council, ASL, and ProStart. I have also received an academic award every year of high so far, which reflects my commitment to working hard in the classroom as well as on the court.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Volleyball has helped me develop teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. I have learned to stay disciplined, be accountable, and support my teammates on and off the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a larger college where I can play volleyball at a competitive level while earning a strong education. I am interested in studying something in the medical field or possibly law.
