About Kennedi

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

It would be described as aggressive as I love blocking and attacking the ball. The defensive specialists and setters are the ones that can set me up to be successful and in return, I try to work hard to get points for the team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Coaches say I am quiet but get down to business on the court.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Definitely teamwork is at the top of the list, esp for volleyball. Matches have their ups and downs and sometimes different teammates have a good game or not so good game but it's important to always cheer on my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I have worked to learn different positions at the net to help my club team and HS team. I played Middle for both and I have learned to play RS for both teams depending upon the season and team dynamics. I like the challenge of learning and love that it benefits the team as a whole!

What type of college are you looking for?

A medium size college would be great but I would have to visit to get a feel for the environment.
