Expert Analysis
Jason Holt | Prep Dig Scout
Mafinejad, who is new to the libero position, transitioning from outside hitter, is doing an outstanding job of taking on her new role both within the serve receive lanes and defensively. She showcased her great balance and body control throughout the day, as well as her solid passing platform and use of hands. She has an outstanding and wicked fast jump float serve as well.

Mafinejad, although listed as a DS on the Mountainside roster, saw time in the front row during this jamboree. She is not the tallest hitter, but makes up for it with her vertical and consistent swing. She is able to hit past blocks and see the court, making her an all-around utility player.
