About Lea

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe myself as a “Field General”. Especially as a setter, I believe I control the game along with putting my sets on target, allowing my hitters to score.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Mamba Mentality.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m in JROTC, I was in National Junior Honor Society, and I’m apart of Vegas United Volleyball Club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I believe I have developed teamwork skills along with communication skills, since volleyball requires constant coordination and trust within your teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I believe I’ve faced the fact that I’m an undersized, and younger setter. For most of my volleyball career, I’ve been playing up again bigger and older players.

What type of college are you looking for?

Perhaps one in Vegas, or any (preferably D1) willing to give me a full ride scholarship.
