Miss Lindley is the other 6’0″ middle in this group and having watched her this past club season I can tell you that she is going to make Sunday’s middle blocker evaluation very interesting. What has stood out to me with Lindley is her competitiveness and the effort she brings to every rep, which at this age and at this height is not something you can teach and is not something every prospect with her frame naturally has. Her blocking mechanics are still developing, but the athleticism and the willingness to compete are already there and those are the things that a good coaching staff can build on. Aledo is a program with a winning culture that will only sharpen her game further and I am looking forward to seeing how the work she has put in since club season shows up on the floor at Excel Training Center.
