Explosive and quick-footed, Lilly will be an important addition to the Huskies and the MAC, the same conference as Ball State. Multiple programs from this Division I conference make the postseason (NCAA and NIVC), and to make it here, you have to (1) hit high and hard, without fear, (2) pass well in both serve receive and floor defense, and (3) have a high volleyball IQ. Miss Abney has all three of those traits in her volleyball handbook, and has gotten even stronger since the beginning of the high school season. I look forward to her continued improvement with Circle this spring.
