How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as fast-paced, driven and fearless. As a setter, my job is to make sure I know what is going on on both sides of the court and also know what each player needs. I love being able to control what is going on.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very much of a perfectionist and I always want to make sure everything is running smoothly. I would say I am very determined and focused in everything I do. I defiantly thrive under pressure. I enjoy hyping me teammates up to help make sure they are doing their best.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I help coach younger kids at OTVA. I also helped coached boys volleyball at my middle school. I love to be able to help the younger generations learn to love the game of volleyball just like I do. Coaching boys volleyball was also super fun to watch them grow in a sport I love.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have definitely developed the quality of leadership in the past 2 seasons. I have always valued teamwork and community service and had those qualities. I have also learned the value of hard work and dedication. You have to work hard and be dedicated or you will not go any farther than you are

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Changing clubs to expose myself to better coaching and opportunities to play at a higher level was definitely a challenge for me. I was at a smaller club before and I knew everyone and I went into a club where there were 100s of girls at tryouts and I did not know many people. Working to get out of my comfort zone was a challenge for me but I have learned how to be fearless.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a medium to large college that has a great program with school and sports. Even if volleyball is not what I do, I want to be able to love the school and campus.
